Science
In Science, our topic is 'Living Things and their Habitats'. We will start by identifying living things, non living things, then things that are dead and things that have never been alive. We will be finding out about life processes, then local habitats, habitats within the UK, then world habitats, which will link to our work in History, Geography and Art.

In Geography this week, we will be exploring the world and its seven continents. Please go through the PowerPoint attached below. There are three worksheets attached ranging in difficulty, with challenge 3 being the hardest. Choose which sheet to complete, challenge yourself!

In History, we will be finding out about Explorers including: Christopher Columbus, Captain Cook, Matthew Henson, Roald Amundsen and Amelia Earhart. Please complete the Powerpoint below and the challenges.
History - Thur 7th January - What is an Explorer?
In Art this half term, the children will be following on from their work on 'hot' colours in Autumn term, by exploring and using cold colours. More information to follow.
