We will learn about Josiah Wedgwood - a famous Staffordshire potter. We will look carefully at a range of pots he made.

We will practise using different tools and materials before making our own pottery for the Arts & Crafts Fair.

This term, our focus on Purple Mash will be Online Safety.

We will also technology to photograph our crafts, record our work. We will even make digital art and posters for our Arts & Crafts Fair.

This term, we will start to use the Charanga scheme of music. We will practise lots of fab rhymes and chants!

We will also explore African music to accompany our Tingatinga art. We will even create our own percussion instruments and play them to practise our performance skills!

We will learn about the potter Josiah Wedgwood and why he is important.

Our focus this term will be Living in the Wider World.

We will find out about different jobs that people do, including artists and craftspeople.

We will also explore how we can take care of our planet by being responsible craftspeople and using recycled materials.
