Pupil Leadership

We believe pupil leadership skills, "act as a catalyst, empowering students to navigate challenges with confidence." Our MAC driver of Effective Communication is at the core of our modelled practice with our pupils. All of our pupils have a voice. Oracy skills are given the upmost importance in our curriculum to ensure that all pupils are able to effectively express their opinions, ideas, work collaboratively with their peers, make decisions, think critically and build purposeful relationships. We believe that pupil leadership helps to enable each child to be leaders in their future adult lives, through creating a culture of responsibility and outward critical thinking.
